1.1. When you visit the TEAMGUIDE website and/or platform or use the TEAMGUIDE Services, we collect your IP address and standard web access information, such as the type of your browser and the pages you have accessed on our website.

1.2. From the registration and access to the TEAMGUIDE platform, the following types of data/information will be collected:

a)Contact information: name, address, telephone, e-mail and other similar information, for the purpose of registration in newsletter;

b)Registration Data of Users employees: These are the personal data requested to carry out the registration on the website or on the TEAMGUIDE platform of Users employees of the contractors of the services made available by TEAMGUIDE (“Customers”), for the purpose of contract fulfillment, which are: full name, e-mail, telephone, CPF, address, function in the organization / company. Some optional data may be collected for the formation of your profile, which will help us to further customize the platform. It is important to note that these data are entered by the Client/employer himself;

c)Before allowing you to use the TEAMGUIDE Services, we may require you to provide additional information that we may use to verify your identity or address, to enable full use of the platform, or to manage cyber risk;

d)When you are using the TEAMGUIDE Services, information about your computer or other access device will be collected for fraud prevention purposes; and

e)Communications between you and TEAMGUIDE: information relating to communications between you and TEAMGUIDE, by email, telephone, and social networks (WhatsApp, Telegram, among others).

1.3. The data may be stored on servers located in international territory.

2. HOW IS THE DATA USED?

2.1 Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

a)provide TEAMGUIDE platform services and support to the User;
b)prevent potentially prohibited and/or illegal activities and ensure the enforcement of our contract with you;
c)customize, evaluate and improve our services, as well as the content and layout of our website;
d)send you targeted marketing materials, service update notices and promotional offers based on your communication preferences; and
e)compare information, for greater accuracy, and verify it with third parties.

2.2. Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 3.1. TEAMGUIDE may share your personal data with the providers of the services under contract who collaborate in parts of TEAMGUIDE’s business operations (fraud prevention, billing activities, marketing, technology services).

Our partners and suppliers: we may share data withpartners and/or suppliers. Our partners and suppliers are only authorized to use the data for the specific purposes for which they were contracted.

3.2. Personal data may be shared to comply with legal, contractual, or administrative obligations. Law enforcement authorities, government officials, or other third parties when:
a)TEAMGUIDE is required to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal proceeding;
b)TEAMGUIDE is cooperating with an ongoing police investigation; and
c)TEAMGUIDE believes in good faith that disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our User Agreement.

3.3. In cases where TEAMGUIDE and any partner jointly promote their Services, TEAMGUIDE may disclose to the partner some personal information, such as: name, address and username of the people who have signed up for the Services because of the joint promotion, for the sole purpose of allowing TEAMGUIDE and the partner to evaluate the results of the promotion.

3.3.1. In this case, personal information may not be used by the partner for any other purpose.

3.4. Personal data may be shared to improve the services offered by TEAMGUIDE or in case TEAMGUIDE has external partners who provide it with hosting/server or maintenance services.

4. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

4.1 TEAMGUIDE will keep the data forth entire period in which you remain registered on the platform and, after that, only within the legal period established.

4.2 The data collected will be deleted from TEAMGUIDE’s servers when requested by the holder of the Personal Data, or when they are no longer necessary or relevant to offer the Services provided, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as any legal obligation to retain data, or the need to preserve these for the protection of rights.

6. EMAIL MARKETING POLICY

6.1. The sending of email marketing is within the standards established by the relevant legislation and coding.

6.2. TEAMGUIDE is against sending emails without prior authorization (Anti-SPAM Policy). There is no use by the mentioned company of data confirmation/registration with executable attachments (exe, com, scr, bat extension) and download/archive links.
