O instrumento foi aplicado atrav\u00e9s do <\/span><b>Google Docs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para 9 colaboradores e 2 gestores de forma an\u00f4nima. Depois, os dados foram agrupados para a an\u00e1lise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqui, optou-se por uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o em que os gestores avaliam o<\/span><b> time completo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ao inv\u00e9s de individualmente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para cada quest\u00e3o, os gestores e colaboradores deveriam responder com as seguintes respostas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00e9ssimo, Ruim, Regular, Bom, Excelente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muito baixo, Baixo, Regular, Bom, Elevado;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Houve tamb\u00e9m espa\u00e7o para <\/span><b>respostas descritivas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, em que os gestores poderiam dar feedbacks ao seu grupo de colaboradores e os colaboradores para os gestores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enquanto o feedback dos gestores foi voltado para a <\/span><b>motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o dos colaboradores apontou <\/span><b>elogios e sugest\u00f5es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para a flexibilidade.
