Como o pr\u00f3prio nome indica, ele tem 2 elementos importantes em sua estrutura: o objetivo e os resultados-chave que metrificam a meta da companhia.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Objetivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: indica onde a empresa quer chegar. \u00c9 uma descri\u00e7\u00e3o qualitativa e f\u00e1cil de entender.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resultados-chave<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: define os resultados em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao objetivo. \u00c9 um conjunto de dados mensur\u00e1veis e esperados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Os ciclos de OKR, na pr\u00e1tica, s\u00e3o curtos<\/b>. Enquanto o OKR foca em direcionar a\u00e7\u00f5es e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, o KPI monitora indicadores cr\u00edticos para avaliar o progresso cont\u00ednuo e tomar decis\u00f5es operacionais.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entretanto, al\u00e9m das diferen\u00e7as entre OKR e KPI, existem tamb\u00e9m similaridades entre esses dois termos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por exemplo, talvez voc\u00ea tenha reparado que as duas siglas cont\u00e9m o termo <\/span><b>\u201ckey\u201d, ou \u201cchave\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em portugu\u00eas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em OKR, temos os \u201cresultados-chave\u201d e em KPI aparece o termo \u201cindicadores-chave\u201d. H\u00e1 ambi\u00e7\u00e3o, desafio e um objetivo positivo para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por outro lado, <\/span><b>os KPIs lidam com o projeto de algo que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em andamento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
