Compare os dados dos colaboradores que entraram e deixaram a empresa em um determinado per\u00edodo com o n\u00famero total de colaboradores que permaneceram.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comece somando as admiss\u00f5es com o n\u00famero de desligamentos, divida por dois, depois divida o resultado pelo n\u00famero total de pessoas na empresa. Por fim, multiplique por 100 e descubra o valor em porcentagem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veja um exemplo pr\u00e1tico:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma empresa possui 100 funcion\u00e1rios, 15 funcion\u00e1rios foram admitidos nos \u00faltimos 6 meses e 5 funcion\u00e1rios foram demitidos no mesmo per\u00edodo. Somando a entrada e sa\u00edda, temos um total de 20 pessoas.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dividindo esse resultado por 2, temos 10. Ap\u00f3s isso, devemos dividir 10 por 100 que \u00e9 o total do n\u00famero de funcion\u00e1rios, e ficamos com 0,1. Multiplicando 0,1 por 100, temos 10% e essa seria a taxa de turnover da empresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se temos o indicador correspondente \u00e0 entrada e sa\u00edda de funcion\u00e1rios, o valor restante ser\u00e1 a quantidade que voc\u00ea conseguiu reter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considerando que os 100 funcion\u00e1rios correspondem a 100% dos colaboradores, sabemos que a <\/span><b>taxa de reten\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 igual a 90%, porque j\u00e1 reduzimos os 10% do turnover.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir do resultado desse c\u00e1lculo, a empresa pode desenvolver estrat\u00e9gias para aumentar a taxa de reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos e reduzir o turnover. Lembrando que esse n\u00famero pode ser bem mais desanimador do que o exemplo acima, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pontotel.com.br\/turnover\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e9dia geral<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de turnover nas empresas brasileiras \u00e9 de 43%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir dos dados coletados ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel montar um plano que atenda \u00e0s suas necessidades, o ideal \u00e9 que a taxa de turnover esteja abaixo de 5%.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se a taxa est\u00e1 acima deste valor significa que a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos n\u00e3o est\u00e1 t\u00e3o boa
