Family, Career, Finances, Health, Spirituality, Education, Friends, Culture, and Love are some examples of composition, but the approach is flexible and allows for customization according to what each individual wants to analyze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve categorized your tool, mark a scale from zero (at the center) to ten (at the edge). With the segmented and labeled circle in hand, think about how much attention you&#8217;ve been giving to each slice and place an &#8220;X&#8221; at the corresponding number.
