La ligereza y las estrategias efectivas para manejar altas demandas tambi\u00e9n pueden ser tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>La Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual es una teor\u00eda de la psicolog\u00eda con s\u00f3lidas evidencias cient\u00edficas que busca estructurar soluciones pr\u00e1cticas que ayuden a las personas a enfrentar sus problemas de manera saludable. Una estrategia popular son las tarjetas de afrontamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Las tarjetas de afrontamiento se pueden utilizar como recordatorios m\u00e1s visibles y f\u00e1ciles, con informaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica sobre c\u00f3mo enfrentar situaciones estresantes.<\/p>\n<p>En un momento en el que te sientas bien, inspirado y relajado:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Escribe en un papel los principales pensamientos que te causan estr\u00e9s, ansiedad o tristeza en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Justo debajo de esos pensamientos, reflexiona y escribe qu\u00e9 consejos dar\u00edas si tu mejor amigo estuviera experimentando esas emociones.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mant\u00e9n estos mensajes que te ayuden a enfrentar situaciones estresantes en un lugar visible en tu entorno de trabajo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Algunos recordatorios importantes para ayudarte a construir tus tarjetas de afrontamiento y para lidiar con el estr\u00e9s en el trabajo son:<\/p>\n<h2>Haz una pausa<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00f3mate breves descansos a lo largo del d\u00eda para relajarte y recargar energ\u00edas. Puede ser un estiramiento r\u00e1pido, un paseo o simplemente cerrar los ojos durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<h2>Organ\u00edzate y establece prioridades<\/h2>\n<p>Mant\u00e9n una lista de tareas organizada y establece prioridades claras. Dividir proyectos grandes en etapas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as puede hacer que el trabajo sea m\u00e1s manejable y reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de estar abrumado.<\/p>\n<h2>Establece l\u00edmites<\/h2>\n<p>Define l\u00edmites claros entre el trabajo y la vida personal. Dedica tiempo a actividades que te relajen y te energicen fuera del entorno laboral.<\/p>\n<h2>Cultiva relaciones<\/h2>\n<p>Fomenta relaciones positivas con tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo.
